The conference is scheduled to commence on Sunday 23rd August 2015 and concludes on Friday 28th August 2011 at 1pm. On Sunday 23rd August 2015, please arrange to arrive in time to attend the following events, depending on your role in the ISCLR:
Executive meeting: 12 noon
Student meeting: 2.00pm
Council meeting: 4.00pm
Welcome reception: 6.00pm (all)

Dress Code for the Meeting
The dress code for the meeting is casual and this also includes the Welcome Reception on the Sunday evening. The gala dinner is to be held on the evening of Thursday 27th August 2015 and the dress code is TBD.
Partners
Partners are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception (no charge) and the Gala dinner (a charge will be made). To facilitate this please provide this information on the registration form.
Abstracts
There is one abstract submission form 
for members and one for students. The student form also contains further details about grant applications. All presentations will be five minutes in duration, and successful students will be expected to present a poster and to deliver a verbal presentation of their work.
The deadline for submissions is Monday 16th March, 2015. All abstract submissions are to be emailed directly Craig Woods the ISCLR Secretariat: craig.woods@deakin.edu.au
Stipends
As in previous years, the society intends to offer stipends to attending full members. The levels of stipend are still being considered as sponsorship is confirmed and as currency values alter. For reference, for the last meeting the levels of re-imbursement were 35%-55% of estimated costs, based on your position in the society (members, councilors and executive).

The Wednesday is reserved for members and observers to the meeting to organize informal discussion groups and meetings.

This is the preferred accommodation as we have negotiated discounted room rates based on occupancy levels during the meeting.
The preferred room rate will be 95.00 Euros
This rate does not include government taxes of 22% (VAT 18% and city taxes 4%).
Unlike the last two meetings breakfast is not included in either the hotel room rate or provided by the ISCLR and is served in the Hotel restaurant (Peppers!) at 25 Euros.
Internet is included.
